BAHAN :

2 Sdm Bumbu Rendang Munik
Minyak ( secukupnya )
2 butir telur
2 piring nasi putih
Petai (secukupnya)
Daun bawang

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. Panaskan minyak.
2. Orak arik telur sampai harum.
3. Masukkan nasi putih, aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan telur.
4. Masukkan petai, Bumbu Rendang Munik aduk hingga rata tambahkan daun bawang
5. Sajikan selagi hangat.

BAHAN :

200 gr Mie telur basah

25 gr Bumbu Dasar Putih Munik

50 gr kol iris

25 gr tauge

15 gr daun bawang iris

25 gr tomat

1 butir telur

25 ml minyak goreng

75 ml kaldu ayam

10 gr kecap manis

25 gr ayam suwir

Garam secukupnya

Lada bubuk secukupnya

 

CARA MEMASAK :

1.Panaskan minyak, kemudian masukkan Bumbu Dasar Putih Munik.

2. Masukkan telur dan masak sampai telurnya matang.

3. Masukkan kol dan tauge masak sampai agak layu.

4. Masukkan mie nya, tomat, tambahkan kaldu dan ayam suwir.

5. Masukkan kecap manis aduk rata, irisan daun bawang dan tutup sebentar.

6. Bumbui dengan garam, lada dan penyedap rata (jiak perlu).

7. Sajikan dengan bawang goreng, irisan seledri, acar dan kerupuk.

BAHAN : 
2 bungkus Bumbu Soto Ayam Munik
3 ekor ayam kampung ( 1200 gr )
3000 cc air
100 gr minyak kelapa
100 gr bandeng/ daging udang
2 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
2 batang sereh
2 batang sereh geprek
50 gr kemiri
5 gr terasi kering

BAHAN PELENGKAP : 
Irisan kubis
Irisan seledri
Irisan daun bawang
Bawang merah goreng
Telur rebus

SAMBAL :
150 gr cabai rawit merah
50 gr bawang putih
20 gr garam

KOYA : 
150 gr kerupuk udang
50 gr bawang putih goreng
haluskan kedua bahan diatas hingga halus.

CARA MEMASAK : 

  1. Rebus air, masukkan ayam kampung, daun salam, daun jeruk dan sereh hingga mendidih.
  2. Haluskan bandeng, terasi kering dan kemiri sampai lembut, lalu tumis dengan minyak kelapa hingga wangi.
  3. Setelah wangi bumbu di masukkan kedalam rebusan ayam tadi dan masukkan 2 bungkus Bumbu Soto Ayam Munik.
  4. Ambil ayam yang telah direbus tadi lalu goreng hingga kuning, tiriskan.
  5. Sajikan bahan pelengkap di mangkuk lalu tuang kuah soto serta taburi koya.
  6. Enak disajikan selagi panas.
